Kqed's the leap

The Leap is KQED's first narrative podcast. In its most basic sense, the Leap is about whether or not it's possible to change your place in life. Can you move from Point A to Point B, and what does it take to get there? What stands in the way? This has led to stories of addiction and economic uplift, but also stories of the world's worst smell and its unlikely promotion to a military training tool.

As The Leap's only producer during its pilot season, I've worked on every aspect of the show, from story finding and researching to interviewing and tape gathering, from writing and editing to distribution and marketing. I've also produced on multimedia content for web and social media distribution.
